Hi, I’m Debbie Allen, a Mindset Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and educator with over 40 years of experience supporting people in the Health, Beauty, and Wellness industry.
I specialise in helping women overcome anxiety, overthinking, low confidence, self-doubt, fears, and feeling stuck both in life and business. My approach combines mindset coaching, practical emotional support, and non-trance hypnotherapy to help clients create lasting positive change.
Using The CONTROL System, a gentle and practical hypnotherapy method, I help clients regain control of negative thought patterns, emotional overwhelm, and limiting beliefs. Sessions are supportive, empowering, and designed to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your life.
Many clients notice positive changes within just a few sessions, sometimes even after the first appointment. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, confidence issues, fears and phobias, or simply feeling mentally exhausted, you do not have to navigate it alone.
My coaching style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process, with support tailored to your individual needs.

This is usually achieved in 3 intensive sessions where you can overcome a lifetime of anxiety , lack of confidence or fears and phobias.
We are not born anxious or depressed. We didn’t have fears or phobias from birth these are learnt behaviour. You don’t have to be stuck with them, with the right tools you can gain control, become confident, feel happy in your own skin, ditching the constant anxiety and overwhelm that is keeping you stuck.
